“North-East Will Vote For President Buhari Massively, Again In 2019-Zara Bukar
Hon. (Hajiya) Zara Bukar, Special Adviser on Social Investment to Governor of Borno, Kashim Shettima, vying to represent Maiduguri Metropolitan Council(MMC) Constituency at Federal House of Representatives come to 2019 National election, said, this that North-East zone is ready to massively, vote for President Muhammadu Buhari again, come 2019 for his remarkable performances.
“We are working untiring towards voting President Muhammadu Buhari come 2019, Presidential election, because of his laudable achievements in almost all the sector of the economy”.
Speaking with the National Enquirer reporter at just concluded APC National Congress Convention held yesterday at Abuja, Zara, expressed the region’s willingness to vote Mr. President, Muhammadu Buhari in 2019, for continuity of his sustainable socio-economical growth in the country.
She went further to laud President Muhammadu Buhari efforts in curbing corruption, creating socio-Infrastructural development and ensuring security in the country. She gave instance with normalcy that has since, returned to Borno state to an extent, flights to Maiduguri been resumed.
CongressWoman-Hopeful, lauded Mr. President for his competence in handling security challenges in North- East zone, as they can now sleep with two eyes closed.
Speaking further, she said the reason she geared into politics is to alleviate numerous challenges facing her insurgency laden people.
“My mission of going into politics is to assist in eradicating poverty, creating enabling environment and jobs for women and youths in my zone and postioning to go into Federal House of Representatives is to enable me attracts Federal presence in rebuilding our insurgency torn – areas, and as well institutes sustainable constituency projects that will usher in socio economic investment in my constituency”. she said.
Asked about her plan in promoting girl-child educational agenda. She says, “I will make sure that I give quality education its prominence especially girl-child education as well creates job opportunity that will assist in alleviating poverty among youths. Again, put in place women empowerment programmes to empower women in my constituency”.
She called on women to make sure their girl-children are being educated equally as boys, because when your able to educate them, it will enable them make positive decisions against what might adversely, affect their lives such as drug abuse, prostitution etc in future. She seized the opportunity to call on youths and women to vote for her and make sure she is being elected, as she vowed to represent them effectively.
“If elected, I will make sure that our youths and women are duly represented and that they enjoy the dividend of democracy.
“God being with us, we will win.” she sounded off.
