Dare Oluwatuyi Commends Oomoba Olumuyiwa For Book On Accountancy Revolution

Managing Director, CSS Bookshop, Dare Oluwatuyi made the commendation at the public presentation of a book written by  the ANAN Chief, Olumuyiwa Sosanya, titled “‘Revolution of Accountancy Profession in Nigeria”

Speaking at the official launch of the book, Mr. Oluwatuyi said the presentation was “ welcomed” and of “timely importance,” adding that his vital role in can never be overemphasised.

The book provided useful insights on his struggle for the liberalisation of the accountancy profession and the birth of a virile homegrown accountancy body in Nigeria.

Olumuyiwa has not only chronically puts the record straight , but has scholarly presented the sequence of hindrances, triumphs and reflect on the future of accountancy profession in Nigeria.

Oluwatuyi noted CSS bookshop having been given opportunity to collaborate in publishing, and presenting the iconic book to the public is a great privilege.

” When he called on us to be part of this , it was like we have caught a big fish. We felt so priveledged and honored to be part of its presentation today”.

Dare Oluwatuyi lauded the persistent doggdness of the author and the inherent dignity he exhibited in his fights to see the positive change in practice of accountancy profession and membership in Nigeria.

He noted that not even Olumuyiwa Sosanya’s worst detractor could deny the profundity of his intellectual grasp in establishment of ANAN in Nigeria and writing the book.

“He has established the ANAN association, for that he has done his own by lighting the spark, and is now left for others to keep the flame alight and not to allow it to flicker”, he said.
