Without Corruption, What We have Are enough for all- Prof. Gbolahan Dairo
National President of Association of Business Managers and Administrators of Nigeria( ABMAN), Prof. Gbolahan Dairo made the remark at the Association’s maiden of Awards, fellowship and honours Conferment with public lecture themed: “Client-Orientation An Imperative For Service Delivery” held ltoday in Abuja( National Merit House)
He says, “We are here to give honour to those due. We just recognised those Nigerians who are doing wonderfully well in their fields of endeavour in honesty without cutting corners. Those with their handiworks and hardworks are impacting lives. They are carefully selected to be honoured today. Let me tell you, without corruption, without cutting corners what we are blessed with, the resources we have are enough for all of us”
According to him, the event was to recognise those in the Nigeria society who are working very hard with honesty, improving lives without cutting corners, and that they are properly, scrutinized and carefully selected by the association’s to be honoured.
He added that they have shown that one can record progresses in Nigeria amidst epidemic corruptions going on, without involving in oneself into corruptive practices.
The paper were presented by Prof. Abdulhamid Ozohu Suleman, who on his presentation highlighted the need to build client-oriented service delivery in Nigeria’s public and private services.
Many distinguished Nigerians were also inducted as fellow members of the association at the event
Speaking after being inducted as the Fellow member of the association, AC Augustina .O. Igbokwe, said that having become fellow of the ABMAN will hencefortth inspires her to intestify her good efforts in a way to be a good example for others, and always display a leadership examples the association will be proud of.
” I am very proud to be inducted into the fellow membership of this great association and, I will continue to display leadership examples they will be proud of its member and as well be a good example for others”
Among those awarded are Boboye Olayemi Oyeyemi, Dr. M.K Baru, Dr. Benson Friday, Anthony. O. Ojukwu Esq., Ishaq Modivvo Kawu, Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, Dr. Isa Ibrahim Jalo, Prof. Jibrin Ibrahim Kadjiam and Hon. Yahaya Musa Muhammad, inclusive of 28 inductee fellows.
