The Executive Governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Muhammed Badaru Abubakar made the plea after the INEC election postphonement news stormed the state, at his country home, Babura in Jigawa State on Saturday.

“Since the INEC has decided not to hold the election today anymore, we pray probably next week, Saturday, it will hold.
All we have to do now, is to put everything into the hands of God. And my message to people of Jigawa state, is for them to remain calm and be law abiding”
Governor Badaru further siezed the opportunity to call on Jigawa people to make sure they come out in masses to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari , GCFR next week. He meant well for Nigerians and Nigeria.
